i like all of your pieces but especially the fact that the white space in the last one looks so similar to the black. although obviously the black are the five different shapes the white space is equal in shape and flow.
Nick, terrific work. I dig the third piece especially. Especially the white shape that looks like a lion's foot in the above right hand corner. The lion's foot looks like its stepping on a black shape which resembles a dragon's head. Whoa, and I almost forgot, the black boot shape which appears next to the lion's foot. Wild.
Nick, I really love your last piece. My eye instantly picks out the white! In your picture, I see a seahorse on the bottom of the page. Also, after reading Professor's comment, the first thing i see is a lion's foot as well. It is weird how once something is announced it is one of the only things visible...
In your second image I feel the black space represents fingers, especially the one in the middle, it kinda looks bent. Came out really cool
Nick, I love this! The black space in the last one really stands out to me. It looks like a food chain. There's some monster on the bottom right, trying to eat something on the left. And it looks like a shark (top right) is trying to eat the monster. Haha
